STORY SO FAR
A Peak District furniture maker founded in late 2014 when joiners Simon Ashton and Peter Coleman — who had grown up in the same Matlock area and worked separately for years — joined forces after sharing a workshop at Ladygrove Mill. Simon had been Indigo Furniture's first employee in 1999 before going independent; Pete brought his own bespoke joinery business. Within a year they had formally partnered. Today the company designs and makes solid oak and pine furniture, beds, dining tables, sofas and accessories from its workshop and showroom in Two Dales, with a retail showroom on Dale Road, Matlock, Derbyshire.

Solid wood furniture handmade in their Two Dales workshop in the Peak District, Derbyshire. Bespoke sofas and seating handcrafted in Long Eaton, Derbyshire — the historic centre of British upholstery. Accessories (cushions, throws, glassware) are sold from their showroom; the headline furniture and seating range is British-made.
