STORY SO FAR
Performance training-shoe brand launched in 2022, headquartered in London with a design studio in Portland, Oregon. Founded by Benjamin Massey — a two-time CrossFit Games athlete from London who previously worked at A Bathing Ape's Soho store and ran his own London CrossFit gym, Blitz, before selling it to fund the brand. R.A.D stands for 'Rally Against Destruction'. The flagship R.A.D One (2022) and current R.A.D One V2 cross-training shoe were co-designed with former Nike / Adidas designer Tom Berend (an alumnus of Nike's Innovation Kitchen). The brand sits at the intersection of CrossFit performance and sneaker culture, sold globally through its UK / EU / US / CA / AU sites.
